Course Outline:

HND Professional Cookery with Management

Entry Requirements:

  • One or more of the following:
  • Minimum of 2 Highers and 3 National 5 passes at 3 or above
  • NC Professional Cookery at SCQF level 5 or 6
  • SVQ Professional Cookery at SCQF level 5 or 6
  • Equivalent recognised qualification at SCQF level 5 or 6
  • Relevant work experience
  • If English is not your first language, ESOL at an appropriate level or IELTS or equivalent with an entry score of 5.5 or above
  • Acceptance may depend on interview
