HND Professional Cookery with Management
- One or more of the following:
- Minimum of 2 Highers and 3 National 5 passes at 3 or above
- NC Professional Cookery at SCQF level 5 or 6
- SVQ Professional Cookery at SCQF level 5 or 6
- Equivalent recognised qualification at SCQF level 5 or 6
- Relevant work experience
- If English is not your first language, ESOL at an appropriate level or IELTS or equivalent with an entry score of 5.5 or above
