What will I study?

Our NPA 5 Professional Cookery course also allows the opportunity to gain a full NC 5 in Professional Cookery (this will be discussed with you and will be offered on the basis of progress and attendance). Mandatory units include: 

Professional Cookery: Practical 

Food Hygiene for the Hospitality Industry 

Pastry 

Our NC 5 includes: 

Professional Cookery: Knowledge 

Health and Safety in Hospitality 

Professional Cookery: Kitchen Operations

How will I be assessed?

Practical lessons are constantly assessed; theoretical subjects like Food Hygiene are taught in classrooms and are assessed under assessment conditions. Our team are highly qualified, and experienced. We are here to help you succeed and will ensure you are supported where needed.  

 

On successful competition you will achieve a NPA level 5 Professional Cookery, with the possibility of NC 5 Professional Cookery
