You will develop practical skills in make-up applications and skin care. This course will prepare you for progression to study Level 6 Creative Make-up within the same academic year.

This course is ideal for anyone wanting to start a career in make-up. It will suit school leavers or those looking to change career or progress into the industry.
You will develop a broad range of skills in: Contemporary Make-up applications, Bridal and Evening Make-up, Creative, Current Make-up trends, Developing Make-up skills , Competition Technical Skills and Hairstyling: An Introduction. You will also advance you ICT and Meta skills.
This course will prepare you for progression to study Level 6 Creative Make-up within the same academic year.

This course is ideal for those planning to work within the highly creative make-up industry. The industry needs skilled staff. This introductory course will give you the skills and techniques needed for entry on to a higher-level course. You'll be taught by people with high-end experience.

Applicants will be invited for a group interview on college campus by the lecturing team.
