Ellis said “I chose to make the 70 mile round trip to study the course, because I’ve always had an interest in Painting and Decorating and was keen to secure an apprenticeship. I’ve really enjoyed my time at South Lanarkshire College, and would like to especially thank my Lecturers Brian Hannigan and Anna Robin for their advice and guidance. I’m extremely excited about the future and can’t wait to study and complete my apprenticeship to become a qualified Painter and Decorator”
South Lanarkshire College Painting and Decorating Curriculum Manager, Brian Hannigan said he was delighted for Ellis, Brian continued:
“Ellis is a honest, hardworking and diligent student, who is keen to learn all aspects of the trade. I have no doubt that she will be a great asset to her new company. The City and Guilds course at the College is a great entry level course for students looking to secure an apprenticeship”
