Helen Vass, winner of Bake Off: The Professionals is part of the teaching team. You’ll learn in our purpose-built top-of-the-range kitchens, and gain industry experience and connections to ensure you have the best possible opportunities after completing your course. You’ll get a solid grounding in pastry and bakery, and learn innovative techniques. From obtaining an NC in Bakery, you’ll then be able to progress to a higher-level course or into an entry-level position in the industry.
This course will start in August 2022.
One or more of the following:
- 3 suitable National 5, Intermediate 2 or General level Standard Grades including English and Maths or equivalent
- NPA in Bakery at SCQF level 4
- Equivalent recognised qualification
- Relevant work experience in the baking or food industry
- Acceptance may depend on interview.
