Course Outline:

This NC Hospitality Operations course will introduce you to hospitality, preparing you for further study or an entry-level position in the industry. With 102,000 vacancies in the UK between April and June 2021, employers are looking for experienced staff and even increasing wages to attract more people into the industry. The hospitality industry is projected to continue to grow by 4% over the next ten years, which will mean a continued increase in job opportunities. This introductory course will provide you with the practical skills and knowledge for various roles such as barista work, customer service, front of house and food hygiene.

This course will start in August 2022.
