Each levy-paying employer can apply for access to training to a value of
up to £10,000 in 2017/18
The Scottish Funding Council (SFC) has announced that from 11th September 2017, employers paying the Apprenticeship Levy can apply for support from the Flexible Workforce Development Fund (FWDF)
♦ The FWDF provides employers paying the Apprenticeship Levy with workforce development training to up-skill and re-skill current workforces
♦ The fund is in addition to apprenticeship support which all employers are eligible to access in Scotland
♦ The fund is only accessible by applying to Scottish regional colleges and Scotland’s Rural College and is worth £10m across Scotland
♦ The fund is NOT available for training required by law
Get your applications in as soon as possible- the deadline to apply for funding is 30th June 2018.
