How to Request Information

This section tells you how to request information from the institution, both under the Freedom of Information Scotland Act and the Data Protection Act. It also covers institutional procedures for this legislation.

Freedom of Information Requests

To obtain information you should first check that it is not already available by reading the publication scheme.

If you wish to make a request, you should provide your name and address and contact details together with a description of the information you require. It is easier to make your request using the FoI request form which is here: FoI Request Form
