Asset transfer under the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015

Context

Section 95 of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015 requires every relevant authority to publish an annual report setting out the numbers of asset transfer requests received and their outcomes.

The first reporting date was end June 2018.

This report is part of the College’s normal annual reporting process.
