REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene
This course covers provides a basic knowledge of hygiene to employees who work in a hospitality or food service industry. The course covers the following areas and culminates in an exam:
•Cleaning and disinfection
Duration: One or two days, minimum 6 hours plus examination
Start date: Flexible. Please contact Admissions to register your interest for this course. This course runs subject to a minimum number enrolling.
