COURSE CONTENT

This qualification allows you to develop IT skills, technical and administrative knowledge relevant to current practice; interpersonal skills relevant to an administrative role; personal effectiveness; communication and presentation techniques.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

• 1 relevant Higher plus 3 National 5 awards or
• Relevant National Qualification group award at SCQF Level 5/6 or
• SVQ Business and Administration Level 2 or 3 or
• Equivalent qualification from other awarding bodies
• Students with relevant work experience will also be considered
• Successful performance at interview
