Beauty Showcase helps Cancer Charity| 10.05.11

South Lanarkshire College HND Beauty Therapy students recently hosted a “Hollywood Movies” themed beauty showcase to raise funds for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. 

On the night the public were treated to free mini treatments and a showcase of the students’ make-up skills.

The students worked extremely hard to arrange the successful event and raised a fantastic total of £1566.22.  This brings the total funds raised by the staff and students for the charity to £2799.15.

Last week the College Care Faculty was delighted to present the cheque to Leukaemia and Lymphoma research.
