Register of Interests
Involved for many years with learning and development, both as an HR Director in a number of organisations with responsibility for training, education and continuous development and as an employee and then board member in a further education college.
Current role as Director of HR and Corporate Affairs for NHS24 includes responsibility for communication both internally and externally, customer involvement and equality and diversity; all key areas for the college now and in the future. Personally, as a mother of 3 children, I am very aware of the role education plays in the lives of not only young people but people at various stages of their lives and careers. As a board member, I am proud of the achievements the college has made in recent years and keen to continue to be involved in an organisation which has so much to offer individuals, employers and the community. |
